To publish research reports based on research activities conducted by the Research Analyst.
To provide independent and unbiased views on securities and market instruments.
To offer unbiased recommendations while disclosing financial interests in recommended securities, if any.
To provide research recommendations based on analysis of publicly available information and known observations.
To conduct annual audits as required under applicable SEBI regulations.
To ensure all advertisements, marketing materials, and promotional content comply with the Advertisement Code for Research Analysts.
To maintain records of interactions with all clients and prospective clients where discussions related to research services have taken place.
C. Details of Services Provided to Investors
Onboarding of Clients :
Sharing of terms and conditions of research services with clients before onboarding.
Completion of KYC and verification formalities in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Disclosure to Clients :
To disclose all material information required for investors to make informed decisions including details of business activities, disciplinary history, terms and conditions, associates, conflicts of interest, and risk factors.
To disclose the extent of use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in providing research services.
To disclose any material conflict of interest while distributing third-party research reports or provide relevant web links directing users to disclosures.
To disclose any conflict of interest between research services and other activities carried out by the Research Analyst.
To distribute research reports and recommendations to clients without discrimination.
To maintain confidentiality with respect to publication of research reports until made available in public domain.
To respect data privacy rights of clients and take adequate measures to prevent unauthorized use of confidential information.
To disclose timelines for services provided to clients and ensure adherence to the prescribed timelines.
To provide proper guidance and caution notices while offering recommendations related to complex and high-risk financial products and services.
To treat all clients with honesty, integrity, fairness, and transparency.
To ensure confidentiality of information shared by investors unless disclosure is required under applicable laws or specifically consented by the investor.
D. Grievance Redressal Mechanism and Access Process
Investors may lodge complaints or grievances against the Research Analyst through written communication, email, telephone, or other prescribed modes.
In case of any grievance or complaint, the investor may approach the concerned Research Analyst who shall endeavor to resolve the complaint immediately and not later than 21 days from receipt of grievance.
Complaints may also be lodged through SCORES 2.0, the web-based grievance redressal platform of SEBI available at https://scores.sebi.gov.in
The grievance redressal process involves a two-level review system where the first review is conducted by the designated body (RAASB) and the second review is conducted by SEBI.
Investors may also file complaints through designated email IDs of the Research Analyst Administration and Supervisory Body (RAASB).
If investors are not satisfied with the resolution provided, they may further escalate the complaint through the SMARTODR platform for online conciliation and arbitration.

Make payments only through proper banking channels and maintain valid receipts of payments.
Before buying or selling securities, refer to recommendations issued by your Research Analyst.
Ask all relevant questions and seek clarification before acting on recommendations.
Seek additional clarification when dealing with complex or high-risk products and services.
Remain aware of your right to discontinue services as per agreed terms and conditions.
Provide feedback regarding services received from the Research Analyst whenever necessary.
Inform SEBI if any Research Analyst offers assured or guaranteed returns.
Don’ts :
Do not provide funds or Research money directly to the Research Analyst.
Do not fall prey to misleading advertisements, fake promises, or market rumors.
Do not get influenced by limited-time offers, discounts, gifts, or incentive schemes.
Do not share login credentials, passwords, OTPs, trading account details, demat account information, or banking credentials with anyone including the Research Analyst.
